We are based in 307 Bagikhana, which is over in the 7th Block of the KHB Colony. It is a bit of a quieter area compared to the main market, which is nice for a change. Ethicare Pharmaceuticals isn’t some massive factory; it’s more of a focused office and distribution point for us. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the boxes are packed right. The colony is quite green, so it is a pleasant place to work every day. We have got a small team here. Usually, someone is always on the phone with the suppliers or checking on a shipment. It is not very exciting work, but it is important. We do not have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and you are pretty much in the middle of everything. We try to keep things tidy, but when a new shipment comes in, there are boxes everywhere for a few hours. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office. We all take turns making a pot. Most of our neighbors are just regular families, so we try to keep the noise down. We have been in this 307 unit for a few years now and it feels like home. It is just a normal workplace where we try to do our jobs as best as we can without making too much of a fuss. We just try to stay organized.
