We've been here at GIDC Ind. Estate Por for quite a while now. Specifically at 316/37. It's an industrial area, so it gets a bit dusty and loud during the day, but that's just part of the job at Esquire Machines Pvt Ltd. Most of us have been working here for years. We handle machines and all sorts of technical stuff. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the highlight of our afternoon break. It's not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. We deal with various mechanical parts and assembly work every day. Usually, the morning starts with a quick talk about what needs finishing by evening. People here know their way around the shop floor. We don't really bother with big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is running okay. The location in Por is good because it's right in the middle of the industrial hub, making it easier for trucks to come and go. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and we just keep the fans going full blast. It’s a simple life here. We focus on the machines and making sure the orders are ready on time. If you walk by our unit, you’ll likely hear the sound of metal and tools. That’s just us working through the daily list. It’s what we know and what we do every single day.
