Epharma Hub

Our office is up in B-303 of the DD Apartment building. It’s right on the Varasia Ring Road, so we can see the traffic moving all day long. Being right across from Premdas Hospital makes this a very busy corner of the city. We run Epharma Hub from here, which mostly involves a lot of phone calls and computer work. We coordinate between suppliers and people who need their medical supplies delivered. It’s not a traditional shop where you walk in and browse shelves. Instead, it’s more of a hub where we manage the logistics of health products. The space is a bit cramped with all the files and the computers, but we make it work. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, which is a pain when we’re in a hurry. We aren't some giant tech company with a thousand employees. There’s just a handful of us here, making sure the orders are correct and the packages are going to the right place. We deal with a lot of different suppliers, and sometimes it takes a lot of arguing to get things delivered on time. It’s just part of the daily grind on the Ring Road. We keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It’s a practical way to help people get what they need without too much fuss or extra cost.
