Encircle

We have been running things from here in Maneja for a while now. Our office is basically a house, number 91 in Rajnager Society, which makes it feel pretty relaxed compared to those big glass buildings in the center of Baroda. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the fans going full blast and try to get through our paperwork before it gets too stuffy. Maneja is a bit of a trek for some people, but it is a quiet spot once you get off the main roads. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a few desks, some chairs, and us doing what needs to be done every day. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and peek in, and we just wave. It is a local life. We handle the daily tasks as they come, and honestly, we prefer it this way. No corporate nonsense, just a regular group of people working together in a residential street. Most days it is pretty routine, we show up, drink some tea, talk about what happened over the weekend, and then get to work. The Gujarat summers are no joke, but inside Rajnager Society, we have a decent amount of shade from the nearby trees. We are not trying to change the world, just keeping Encircle moving along and making sure we do not fall behind on our schedules. It is a simple setup but it works for us.
