Encircle Export Ltd, Vadodara

We are based in Vadodara, in an apartment called Urmi Appartment. Our unit is A-9/16, right behind the convent school in the Fatehgunj area. It’s a nice enough spot, though it gets a bit noisy when the school bell rings or when the kids are heading home. We do export work from here. It’s not a big warehouse or a factory, just an office where we manage all the shipping documents and talk to suppliers. We have a few rooms filled with desks and some samples of the things we export. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing out orders. We’ve been in this apartment for years, so the neighbors all know us. It’s a bit tight when we get new stock in, but we make it work. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. There’s only a few of us here. We handle everything from the initial orders to making sure the trucks arrive on time. It’s a lot of coordination and checking lists. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a glossy office. It’s just a place where we work hard and try to keep everything moving. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is due, just to be sure nothing goes wrong. It’s just how we do things here in Baroda. It's a steady job and we like the familiarity of the neighborhood. We focus on the details of the exports and don't worry about looking big or important to anyone else.
