Emphasis An Eds Compny(Bpo)

This office is situated right in the Anmolnagar Society, which is part of the Gujarat Housing Board area on Laxmipura Road. We are at number 116 in the Gorwa section of Baroda. It is a very busy neighborhood with a lot of houses and small shops crowded all around. Being a BPO means we have people coming in for different shifts at all hours of the day and even through the night. The building itself is strictly functional, designed more for getting work done than for looking especially pretty to passersby. We have long rows of desks and a lot of messy wiring that we try our best to keep organized. It is a lot of constant typing and talking into headsets for hours on end. The air conditioning is usually turned up quite high because of all the computers running at the same time in one room. Outside on the street, it is usually full of scooters and people heading off to the local market or their own jobs. We do not have any fancy mission statements or slogans painted on the walls here. Mostly, we just have whiteboards with schedules and long lists of things that need to be finished before the end of a shift. The managers are usually just as busy as the rest of us, drinking way too much tea to stay focused. It is a regular job in a noisy part of town.
