Elysium Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Our facility is located at 1175, At & Post. Dabhasa, in the Tal. Padra area. It is a bit of a way out from the main city, which actually helps with keeping the environment clean for what we do. We are in the pharmaceutical business, so we spend a lot of our time making sure everything is sterile and following all the strict guidelines. The building is functional and focused on production. We have a small lab where we test things and a larger area for the actual manufacturing. A lot of our workers come from the local Dabhasa village, so we’ve become a big part of the community here. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of cleaning and record-keeping involved every single day. Sometimes we have issues with the power supply since we are a bit remote, so we have to use the generators more than we’d like. We don't have a fancy head office with a lobby. Most of us are either in the lab or on the production floor in our work gear. We’ve been at this site in Padra for a long time now and have seen the facility grow slowly. We just focus on getting the batches right and making sure the labels are correct. It’s hard work and it requires a lot of attention to detail, but we are proud of what we manage to do here.
