Effective Teleservices

We’re based out of 3, Mahadev Society in the Warashia Colony area of Baroda. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the main city center. Effective Teleservices is just a small operation here. We have a few desks and some basic equipment. It’s not the kind of place with a big lobby or anything. We mostly just focus on our tasks. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps us dry when it rains. We handle a lot of calls and messages throughout the day. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We’ve lived and worked in Baroda-6 for a long time. We know the shortcuts to get here. The parking is a bit tight on the street, but we manage. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just do the work that comes in. Some days we stay late to finish up, other days we leave right on time. It’s honest work. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big HR department. It's just a handful of us in a small room in Mahadev Society. We keep the kettle going for tea. That's about it for us. We just make sure the lines are working and the customers get what they need. No big secret to it. We’ve been here for years and hope to stay. There is always a lot to do, but we take it one call at a time.
