We are based in the Prestige Complex at unit C-12. It’s right in Sayajigunj, directly across from Suraj Plaza where the ICICI Bank is. It’s a central part of town so there is always a lot going on outside our windows. The office is where we handle all the international group business and coordination. It’s not a huge space but we have enough room for our desks and the computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone and sending out emails to different partners. The building itself is busy with other shops and offices. Sometimes the parking in Sayajigunj is a real struggle, especially in the afternoons. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and take short breaks. The walls are mostly covered with maps and schedules. It gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of projects running at once. We aren't really the type to have big meetings; we just talk across the desks. It’s a functional space. Most of us have been working together for a while so we know the routine. We usually wrap things up by early evening unless there is something urgent. It’s just a regular office day for us in Vadodara. There is nothing too complicated about it, just keeping track of everything and making sure the files are in order.
