Downtown Holidays

We are Downtown Holidays, and we work out of a small office at 8/A, Jaslok Society. It’s located in the Manjalpur area of Vadodara, which is a nice, quiet part of the city to be based in. We’ve been in this society for a while now, and most of the people around here know us by name. Our setup is pretty basic because we don't think we need anything fancy to do our jobs well. We have a few desks, some chairs for when people stop by, and a lot of travel brochures scattered around. We spend our days planning trips and sorting out the details that people usually don't want to deal with themselves. It’s a lot of sitting at the computer and talking on the phone, but we enjoy it. Manjalpur is a bit away from the main city rush, which gives us a bit of peace to get things done. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just like travel and we like helping our neighbors get to where they want to go. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. It’s just a simple, local business run by people who live right here in Vadodara. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our customers happy without making a big fuss about it.
