Our shop is number 33 on the first floor of the Krishna Valley Complex. We’re located on Sama-Savli Road in the Karelibaug area, right above that Kala Pav Bhaji place near Amit Nagar Circle. It’s a lively spot, and the smell of the food from downstairs usually wafts up into the office around lunchtime. We’ve been here for a bit, helping people with their travel needs at Dolphin Tourism. It’s a basic office space with the usual stuff like printers, computers, and a few stacks of brochures that are probably a bit out of date. We don't have a big fancy lobby. People just walk in, sit down, and we talk about where they want to go. Whether it's a short trip nearby or something further away, we try to help them sort it out. It’s mostly just us answering phones and typing away at the keyboards all day. We’ve got a lot of regulars from around Karelibaug who stop by just to say hello or ask about ticket prices. We don't put on any airs or graces here. It’s just a local business where we try to be as straightforward as possible. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams, but we get through the day. It’s a nice little community to be a part of, and we've made quite a few friends over the counter while planning their trips for them and their families.
