We’ve been doing engineering and construction work here in Baroda for a long time. It’s a nice part of Gujarat to be in. The office is usually filled with the sound of calculators and people discussing structural designs. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a practical space where the work happens. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still make it in every day. We’ve got a core group of people who have been here since the start. We know the local suppliers and the way things work in this city. It’s not about being flashy for us. We just like to see a project through from start to finish. Our desks are covered in pens and old coffee mugs, which is how you know we’re actually working. It feels like a neighborhood business even though we handle some pretty big engineering tasks. We’re just regular people who happen to know a lot about building things. That’s how we’ve always operated here in 390018.
