Divya Tourism is located over at Tarsali Road in Vadodara. We are in the Adarsh Nagar area, specifically in block B/314. It’s a residential-feeling spot which makes it feel less like a cold office and more like a local place. Being near the By Pass-8 helps people find the building without too much trouble. We’ve been here for a while now, helping people figure out their travel stuff. The office is pretty simple and basic. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and travel posters of different places on the walls. It’s not a high-end travel agency with leather couches. We just use what we have and keep it functional. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at computer screens to check prices. We deal with a lot of local folks from the neighborhood. Tarsali is a growing area so there’s always something new being built right nearby. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything fancy. It’s just us doing the bookings and making sure the paperwork is correct for our customers. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the printed tickets and brochures lying around, but we know where everything is. We try to keep it honest and straightforward. If there’s a problem with a trip, we just talk it through and try to find a way to fix it. It's a basic operation but it’s been running steady for many years now.
