Dipak Thakordas Panchal

We are located in Anand Nagar Society, specifically in Hari Prit Apartments on Productivity Road. It’s a quiet enough spot in Alkapuri, which is nice because it lets us focus. Dipak Thakordas Panchal has been at this for a long time. This isn’t a fancy glass-fronted office; it’s a working space where we actually get things done. We handle a lot of different tasks, from initial sketches to checking the final plumbing. It is mostly about the details that people don't usually notice until they go wrong. We try to make sure they don't go wrong. Being in Vadodara, we know the local climate and what materials hold up over time. We aren't interested in using things just because they look trendy if they’re going to fall apart in two years. Our days are a mix of sitting at the desk and driving out to various sites across the city. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it's a bit chaotic with people coming in and out. We don't use a lot of big words to explain what we do. If you want a wall moved or a new layout for your house, we figure out how to do it. It’s practical work. We’ve been in the 390007 area for years and know the neighborhoods around here pretty well. It feels like home to us, and we like the people we meet.
