We are located at 4 Prabhukunj 2 Complex in the Raopura area. Raopura is one of those old parts of Vadodara where the streets are narrow and everything feels very close together. We are specifically in Shiyapura. It’s a traditional neighborhood, and our shop fits right in with that. We don't have big neon signs or anything like that. People just know we are here. The building is older, and the space inside is quite tight, but we manage to fit a lot of stock onto our shelves. We’ve been here long enough that we know the history of the families around us. People come in not just for medicine but sometimes just to say hello while they’re out on their errands. It gets really crowded during festival times because Raopura is a major hub for shopping. Sometimes it’s hard for the delivery vans to even reach us because of the traffic. We spend our days mostly organizing the bottles and boxes and writing out bills by hand or on the old computer. It’s a very grounded way of living. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We are just a local pharma shop trying to keep the right medicines in stock for the people who live in these narrow lanes. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything in such a small space, but we are used to it by now and wouldn't change it.
