If you are looking for us, we are located at 13 Radhaswami Society. It is right opposite Shiv Vatika on the Warasia Ring Road in Baroda. This part of Gujarat is growing quite fast, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with sites and land development, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and visiting plots. The office is in a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate space. We prefer it that way because it makes people feel more comfortable when they come to talk about buying property. The Ring Road is always busy, so there is plenty of activity around us. We have a small desk setup and some chairs for visitors. We don't put out a lot of flyers or big billboards. Most of our work comes from people walking in or hearing about us from their neighbors. Baroda is a city where everyone seems to know someone, so reputation is everything. We just show the sites as they are and explain the details clearly. There is no pressure or sales talk. We just want to help people find a spot that works for them. It is practical work that requires us to be out in the sun quite a bit. At the end of the day, we come back to the society office to file the paperwork and prepare for the next morning's site visits.
