Our office is a bit different because we are located at 38 B in Sadhananagar Society. It is in the Karelibaug area of Vadodara, near the old Sandesh Press building. Being in a residential society makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the offices downtown. We have a small setup here where we handle all our travel business. It is mostly just us sitting in the office, answering emails and making phone calls to arrange trips. We have lived and worked in this area for years, so we know the neighborhood very well. Most of our clients are people who live nearby or found us through word of mouth. We do not do much advertising because we stay busy enough just helping the locals. It is a quiet spot, which is nice for when we need to concentrate on the details of a long trip. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing outside, but otherwise, it is a very peaceful place to work. We handle everything from bus tickets to holiday packages without making a big deal out of it. We do not have a shiny storefront with neon lights. It is just a regular building where we do our work every day. We like the personal feel of being in Karelibaug and being able to help our neighbors get where they need to go for their vacations or work.
