Our office is tucked away in Shop No. 204 at Chitraksh Complex. If you know where Old Padra Road is in Baroda, we are right near the Welcome Shopping Centre. It’s a pretty central spot in Vadodara, so it’s easy for folks to find us when they’re out doing their regular shopping. We spend most of our time at the desks, looking at schedules and figuring out travel plans for people. It’s not always glamorous work; there’s a lot of checking dates and prices on the computer. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's just us drinking tea and waiting for the next walk-in. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel lately, but the basics of getting from one place to another haven't changed much. The complex gets quite busy in the evenings, which is nice because there’s always something going on outside. We keep a lot of brochures around, though most stuff is digital now. It’s just a regular local business where we sit down and talk through where people want to go. We don't have fancy decorations or a big corporate lobby. It’s just a straightforward space with some chairs and our computers. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. We’ve been in this part of Vadodara for a good bit now and know the local rhythm well. There is usually someone here from morning till late evening.
