Our small spot is tucked into the Blanca Complex on Old Padra Road. You might miss us if you aren’t looking, but we are right next to the HSBC Bank. It’s been a few years since we opened up here in Vadodara. We mostly handle a lot of takeaways, but there are a few places to sit if you’re not in a rush. The Haribhakti Extension area is always busy, so it stays pretty lively around here. We just make food that reminds us of the north. It’s nothing fancy, really. Just a simple kitchen with a couple of stoves and a lot of prep work happening in the mornings. We try to get things out fast because we know people are usually on their lunch break or headed home. The staff is just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth seems to work okay for us. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the end of the night, especially on weekends. It’s just how it goes when you’re a small operation. We like being on this side of town. The 101 unit isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We just keep our heads down and keep cooking. We usually keep the TV on some news channel in the corner for the guys waiting on their orders. It's a quiet little routine we have.
