You can find D K Mobile on Palace Road at Harihar Park Society 1 & 5. It’s a good location because Palace Road is always active with people. We have a couple of units there, numbers 1 and 5, so we have a bit more space than some other shops nearby. We mostly deal with mobile phones and everything that goes with them. Repairs are a big part of what we do every single day. People come from the society and the surrounding areas to get things fixed. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s nice to have regulars who trust us with their devices. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have simple wooden counters and glass displays for the stock. It gets hot in the afternoons but we have a small fan that keeps things okay for us. Sometimes we get a phone that is really tricky to fix. We might spend hours trying to figure out the problem. Other times it's just a simple software issue that takes a minute. We don't charge much for the small stuff because it doesn't feel right. It’s just part of being in the neighborhood. Harihar Park Society is a quiet area but the main road is always busy. We try to keep the front of the shop clear so people can park their scooters easily. It’s just a basic business we run.
