D K Mobile

D K Mobile is on Palace Road, right near the Harihar Park Society 1 & 5. This is a good spot because there are always people moving about. The shop is simple, with a front counter and shelves behind it where we keep all the accessories. We have a lot of screen protectors and cables hanging on the walls. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when it gets busy, but we make it work. Most of the time, we are busy fixing phones or helping someone who forgot their password. We have a small workbench in the back with a magnifying glass and some tiny tools. It requires a lot of patience to work on those small circuits. The fan overhead hums quite loudly, but we are used to it by now. We usually have the radio playing some music in the background to keep things lively. Palace Road has a lot of shops, so we are part of a little community here. We know the people from the society next door quite well. We don't have a corporate office or a marketing team. It is just us in the shop, doing repairs and selling what people need for their phones. We close up around eight in the evening. It’s a good way to earn a living, and we enjoy talking to the customers who come in with their various tech problems.
