Our shop is number six in the Harsh Complex, which is situated on Old Padra Road here in Vadodara. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Rajvi Tower. It’s a familiar landmark for most people in this neighborhood. The office is small and usually feels a bit crowded because we have so many files and registers stacked up on the shelves. We don't have a big fancy waiting area, just a couple of stools if someone needs to sit while we check their booking details. The traffic on the main road is constant, so there is always a background hum of engines and horns. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now, and we know many of the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a decent place to work, even if the stairs in the complex are a bit narrow. We handle a lot of local travel requests, mostly families or people heading out for work. Sometimes the printer jams right when we are in a hurry, which is always annoying, but we manage to get things printed eventually. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly hear about us from their friends or just see the board when they are passing by Rajvi Tower. We just focus on getting the tickets done and making sure the dates are right so people can get to where they need to go without any extra trouble.
