Crazy Abut China

We are located up on the 3rd floor of the Seven Seas Mall in Fatehgunj. Being in a mall means there’s always something happening around us. Vadodara is a busy city, and this area gets a lot of people just walking through or finishing up their shopping. It’s mostly just us in the kitchen, chopping vegetables and getting the sauces ready for the day. We didn't want a huge, complicated menu, so we just stuck with the things we know how to make well. The lighting in here is okay, and we have enough tables for most crowds. Sometimes on weekends, it gets a bit tight with people waiting, but we try to move as fast as we can. It’s a bit of a trek to get up to the third floor if the elevators are slow, but people still find their way to us. We’ve had the same few people working here for a while, so we kind of know how each other works without having to say much. It isn't a five-star place, just a spot to grab some Chinese food when you’re out and about. We use the same ingredients we'd use at home, mostly because that’s what we know. The mall closes up late, so we’re usually here until the lights go dim. It’s honest work, and we just keep at it every day, making sure the floor is swept and the food is hot.
