Coustmer Care Exicutive

Our place is located in Vadodara, over at B-9 Anil Park-1 on V.I.P Road in the Karelibaug area. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, and being on V.I.P Road makes it pretty easy for everyone to get here. We work as customer care executives, which basically means we spend the whole day on the phones or on the computer helping people with their problems. It can be a lot sometimes, especially when the phones don't stop ringing, but it’s what we do. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks and headsets where we can focus on the calls. We’ve been set up in Karelibaug for a while now. Most of us who work here are local to Vadodara, so we know the area well. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, put on the headsets, and try to resolve whatever issues come our way. Sometimes the days are long, and the air conditioning doesn't always work perfectly, but we make do. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. We try to be patient with everyone because we know how frustrating it is when things don't work right. It’s just a regular office job in a busy part of town, and we’re glad to be here doing it. We hope to stay on V.I.P Road for many more years to come.
