Collabera Technologies is located at B/27 in Kailash Park Society. This is in the Baroda area of Gujarat, with the postal code 390 020. Even though we are a technology company, our surroundings are pretty much a normal residential society. It is actually quite nice because it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate park. There are trees outside and you can see people going about their daily lives while we are inside working on computers. Our office is full of screens, cables, and people trying to solve tech problems. It can get pretty quiet when everyone is focused, but then it gets loud during lunch when we all go out to the local stalls. We have been in Kailash Park for a while now. The space is a bit old-fashioned, with tiled floors and fans that creak a little bit, but it works for us. We don't have a dress code or anything, so you will see people in jeans just doing their thing. Most of us are local to Baroda, so we speak a mix of Gujarati and English throughout the day. It is a busy place because technology never really stops, but we try to keep things relaxed. We don't do those big corporate motivational speeches. We just sit down, open our laptops, and try to get the coding or the support work finished so we can go home to our families.
