In Vadodara, we are located at 100 Navnath Nagar Society. It’s right across from the T B Hospital on Gotri Road. This is a much quieter area than some of our other locations. It feels more like a residential neighborhood. CMC Ltd has this office set up in a way that feels very relaxed. We don't have many people coming in and out, so it’s usually just the sound of our typing and the occasional car passing by outside. The society is well-kept, and there’s some greenery around which is nice to look at during breaks. We don’t have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually just bring lunch or go to one of the small places on Gotri Road. Our office isn't very big. We have a main area and a small side room for storage. It’s a simple place for simple work. We don’t go in for big speeches or mission statements. We just know what needs to be done every day and we do it. The people working here have been around for a long time, so we’re more like friends than just coworkers. It’s a comfortable environment without any of the stress you find in the bigger cities. We like the pace of life here in Vadodara, and our office location reflects that pretty well. It’s just a normal place where work happens.
