Our office is situated in the MT Section of the Airforce Station in Makarpura, Baroda. Being on the airforce base makes it a bit different from a regular street-side office. There’s more security and a certain order to everything around here. We handle holiday stuff for the people around the station and the local area. It’s a functional space, mostly just what we need to get the job done. We’ve got our desks, some chairs for when people visit, and the usual office equipment. It’s not a place for lounging around. We stay pretty busy with bookings and answering questions about different destinations. The atmosphere is unique because of the location. You hear the sounds of the base throughout the day, which becomes background noise after a while. We aren't a big, flashy sales center with posters everywhere. It’s more of a practical point of contact. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and it takes us a bit to get through it all, but we manage. Most of us have been working in Baroda for years, so we’re used to the heat and the way things move here. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people figure out their travel plans and deal with the logistics. It’s a bit of a niche spot being in Makarpura, but it works for us and the people we serve in this part of town.
