It’s a very practical place to work. We have our unit set up for food processing. It’s not a showroom, it’s a working factory floor. Most days are spent checking batches and dealing with the logistical side of things. We get lots of trucks coming in with raw stuff and leaving with finished goods. The heat in the summer can get pretty intense inside the unit, but we’re used to it by now. We started small and have just kept at it. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and everything stops for a bit, but that’s just life here. We have a few machines that need constant attention. It’s noisy and busy, but we like the pace.
