Checkmate Facility

Our office is at D-9 in Pavandham Society, which sits right on the Iskon Temple Road in the Gotri area of Vadodara. Since we are so close to the temple, we hear the bells sometimes and the road gets really crowded on festival days or weekends. It is a residential society, so it feels more like a home than a stiff business building. We like it that way because it's calmer than being in a big commercial plaza. We handle a lot of the day-to-day facility tasks from here. The office has a few rooms where the staff sits. There is a small parking space out front for a couple of scooters. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the neighbors well. The pin code is 3900021 if you are looking for us on a map. Gotri has changed a lot lately with new buildings coming up everywhere, but Pavandham still feels like the old part of the neighborhood. We usually have the fans going all day because of the Gujarat heat. It’s a simple setup with some old wooden furniture and a lot of paperwork. We just try to keep things organized and handle whatever comes our way. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a local spot where we manage our operations and talk to our team.
