Chandrashekhar V Rao

My name is Chandrashekhar V Rao and I’ve been working out of this spot in Basavanagudi, Vadodara, for quite some time now. We are located pretty close to the New ST Depot, so there is always the sound of buses and people rushing to catch their rides. It’s a very active area. My workspace isn't very large, but it has everything I need to get through the day's tasks. I don't really have a big staff or anything like that. It’s mostly just me and occasionally someone helping out when things get really backed up. I spend a lot of my time at the desk, looking over papers and making calls. The office gets a lot of light in the morning, which is nice, though it can get pretty warm in the afternoons. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go from the depot over the years. It makes you realize how much everyone is always on the move. I prefer staying put here and focusing on the work at hand. I don't use a lot of fancy words or try to impress anyone. People know where I am if they need me. It’s a practical setup and it works for what I do. Sometimes I’ll take a walk over to the depot just to stretch my legs and grab a snack from one of the stalls. It’s just a normal, everyday routine. I don't complain much. It’s my place.
