We manage bookings and logistics without making a big fuss about it. If you walk past Rajmani Society, you might see us through the window. It’s a busy part of town but we keep our heads down. We don't have a giant sign or flashy lights. Just a door and some people working inside. Makarpura is an industrial kind of place, so there’s always a lot of movement. We try to keep our corner organized, though papers do pile up on the corners of the desks. It’s just how it is when you’re handling so many details for people traveling around. Nothing too complicated, just daily work in a local neighborhood. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. We don't really do the corporate thing with meetings every hour. It’s more about checking the emails and making sure everyone's itinerary is sorted out. If a computer acts up, we just deal with it. It’s a real place with real people.
