Cafe Cosmopolitan Restaurant

You can find Cafe Cosmopolitan Restaurant in the SAI Building on University Road. We are right in the Fatehgunj area of Vadodara, sitting right across from the Methodist Church. Since we are so close to the university, we get a lot of students coming in between their classes for a break. It can get pretty loud when a big group shows up all at once. We’ve been here in Fatehgunj for a while now and we know the neighborhood pretty well. The building itself is okay, nothing too modern, but it does the job. We spend our mornings prepping the kitchen and making sure we have enough supplies for the day. Sometimes the afternoon slump hits and it's quiet, then suddenly it's packed again for dinner. It’s just the way things go here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us making food and serving drinks to whoever walks through the door. The church across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We see the same faces most weeks, which is nice for us. It feels like a normal part of the local community. We just keep the lights on and keep working. If you're walking down University Road, you'll see us there. It's a simple life running a restaurant in this part of Vadodara and we just keep at it every single day for the customers.
