Cafe Coffe Day

We’re set up in A/303 Rejshree Flats, which is right across from the Baba Complex on Zanzarda Road. In this part of Junagadh, things are usually moving at a steady pace. This Cafe Coffe Day location is where we handle the local side of things. It’s not a huge cafe with a bunch of couches; it’s more of an office and operational spot for us. We spend a lot of time on the third floor dealing with the administrative side of the business. Zanzarda Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the bikes and cars outside. We’ve got a few desks and some equipment for making sure everything runs like it should. Our team is small, and we just focus on the daily tasks. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy slogans. It’s mostly just us checking lists and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we have to take the stairs, which is quite a workout. We’ve been in this flat for a while and it’s become our second home. It’s a practical space for what we do. We drink a lot of coffee ourselves while we work, which makes sense given the name on the door. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people doing their jobs. We keep our routine simple.
