We are situated at Shop No. 105 in Kasturba Nagar, right on Shama Road in the Fatehganj area. It’s a local neighborhood shop, nothing too big or flashy. The front of the shop has a glass window where we put a few things, but it usually gets a bit dusty from the road traffic outside. Shama Road stays busy with bikes and rickshaws all day. Inside, we have shelves lining the walls and a counter where we do all the paperwork. There is a small stool tucked in the corner for when someone gets a chance to sit down for a minute. We’ve been in Fatehganj for a while, so we know most of the people who walk past every day. The walls are painted an off-white color that’s starting to fade a bit near the light switches. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who handle everything from opening the door in the morning to locking up at night. The storage area in the back is a bit cramped, so we have to be very careful how we stack the crates. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still written down in ledgers. It’s a honest way to work and it keeps us busy. When the weather is nice, we keep the door open to let a breeze in. We just take things one day at a time.
