Hem Travels

We run Hem Travels out of 3, Shantiniketan Park. It's right on Productivity Road in Vadodara, 390003. If you know where Gowardhannathji’s Haveli is, we are basically right opposite that. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been doing this for several years now. It’s not a corporate setup, just a local business where we handle travel bookings and car hires. The office is small and we’ve got a lot of old schedules tacked to the walls. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure everyone knows where they’re going. Being near the Haveli means we see a lot of people passing by every day. Some stop in to ask about train tickets or just to check prices for a taxi. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. The traffic on Productivity Road can be a bit much sometimes, but we like being in the middle of it all. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll usually see the same faces if you come by twice. We don't use much fancy software, just a pen and a notebook mostly. It’s worked for us so far. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people get their travel plans sorted out without too much trouble.
