Nita Kothari

Nita Kothari is based out of Pratapganj, specifically in the 2nd Bhoiwada Lane. If you have ever been to Gulalwadi, you know how the streets are. They are narrow and there is always something going on with vendors and people moving about. Our place at number 307 is tucked away in there. It is a bit of a maze if you are visiting for the first time, but once you find the lane, it is straightforward. The building itself is old, like most things in this part of town, and it has a lot of character. We don't have a big reception area or a sign that lights up at night. It is just a door and a workspace where Nita gets things done. Sometimes the noise from the market outside gets a bit loud, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out. We just close the windows and keep going. Being in Gulalwadi means you are right in the middle of the trade heart of the city. There is always a smell of something cooking nearby or the sound of carts being pushed over the stones. It is not the most comfortable place if you like air conditioning and silence, but it is where we work. We have been at this address for a long time and the locals all know us. It is just a simple operation in a busy part of the world that keeps us very occupied every day.
