The Flower Boutique

You can find us over at The Flower Boutique, right on Jetalpur Road. The exact spot is E-3 in the Kashivishweshwar Township, right across from Khushbu Corner. It’s a nice enough area, though the road gets incredibly busy during the morning rush. We spend a lot of our day surrounded by various stems and greenery, which makes the shop smell quite nice compared to the exhaust fumes outside. The space isn't huge, so we have to be very organized with where we put the buckets and the wrapping paper. If you come in, you’ll probably see us cutting stems or tidying up the display near the window. The tiles on the floor are a bit chipped from moving the heavy pots around, but it adds to the feel of the place. We don’t have a fancy computerized system; most of our notes are scribbled on a pad near the phone. There is a small snack shop nearby that makes great coffee, so we usually have a cup sitting on the counter. The light comes in really well through the front glass in the afternoon, which helps with the work. It’s a simple life here, just dealing with the daily arrivals and making sure the shop looks decent for whoever walks in. We know most of the people who pass by every day, and it feels like a real part of the community.
