Bivicon

Bivicon is tucked away in the Anandmangal Society, part of the Kamalanagar Complex on Ajwa Road. It’s a bit of a residential setting, which makes coming to work feel a little different than being in a big industrial zone. We have our setup in A/7, and it’s basically just a few rooms filled with equipment and desks. We handle various tasks that come our way, mostly centered around the local needs of the businesses nearby. There’s no big reception desk or someone to greet you at the door; usually, you just walk in and find whoever is available. The area is fairly quiet except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through project files. Because we are in a society, we try to keep the noise down and stay on good terms with the neighbors. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take our only real breaks. It’s a very straightforward way of running a business. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; we just rely on the work we do to keep things moving. It’s been our home for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the building and the way the light hits the office in the afternoon.
