Biryaniz

Biryaniz is tucked away in the Patriot Complex, right on Inox Road here in Vadodara. Being near the Inox cinema and right across from the vegetable market in Ellora Park means there is always something going on outside our door. We chose this spot because it’s lively. People come by after watching a movie or after finishing their grocery shopping. Our place at B/5 isn't very big, but it serves its purpose. We don't have a lot of staff, so you might see the same faces every time you visit. Prep work happens every morning, chopping vegetables and getting the rice ready for the day. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands are always busy. No PR team or professional writers are employed here. We just wanted a place where we could cook and serve people. The decor is pretty basic, just some sturdy tables and a counter. Sometimes the wait can be a little long if there's a big group, but we do what we can to keep up. Living and working in Vadodara is good, and we like the people in Ellora Park. They are honest folks who appreciate a simple meal. Flavors are kept as consistent as we can manage. If you are near the cinema, you can walk over and find us easily. It’s just a normal restaurant run by us and we like it that way.
