The office is not very large, so things can feel a bit cramped when we have several visitors at once. We have cabinets full of folders and there is always a stack of forms that needs to be filed away somewhere. Kalawad Road is one of the busier parts of Rajkot, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. It can be a bit of a hunt for parking sometimes. We are just a local branch doing our daily tasks. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing things into the computer. We try to be helpful to the people who walk in with questions. It is a regular job and we do our best to keep things moving along without any trouble. We are usually here from morning until the evening, just like any other shop or office in the building. It is steady work that keeps us busy.
