Bharti Airtel Service Ltd

Our service point, Bharti Airtel Service Ltd, is situated on Gotri Road near Jeevan Vikas Kendra Marg. It is a pretty functional office where people come when they have issues with their mobile connections or internet. We have a small waiting area with a few chairs and a water cooler that gets used a lot. Most of our work involves looking at computer screens and talking to people about their bills or signal problems. It can get quite busy in the mornings right after we open, so there is often a bit of a queue. We try to get through everyone as quickly as we can, but some problems take longer to fix than others. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and a lot of wires. We spend our day explaining different plans and helping people set up their new sim cards. Sometimes the systems are slow, and we have to ask people to wait while things load. It can be stressful when someone is upset about their phone not working, but we just try to stay calm and help them out. We are just a local team doing the everyday work of keeping people connected. We take our breaks in the small back room and mostly talk about what we’re going to have for dinner. It’s a regular job for us here in the Gotri Road area. We just come in and do it.
