It is a pretty quiet spot for an office, which is actually nice because we can focus on what we are doing without all the city noise. We have been in this society for a while, and the people around here are mostly used to seeing us coming and going. The office itself is just a regular room filled with computers and a lot of notebooks. We don't have a big sign or anything too flashy out front. Most of the people working here are from around Baroda, so we know the local spots for a quick lunch or a good chai. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with a million rules. We just have a small team that knows how to work together. Some days are slow and we catch up on filing, and other days it feels like we can't answer the phones fast enough. It is just a normal job in a normal neighborhood. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a problem comes up, we just sit down and talk it through until it is fixed.
