Baroda Industrial Polymers

We’ve been here at 336 Sharad Nagar for a while now. Tarsali Road is usually pretty busy with all sorts of traffic, mostly trucks and workers going back and forth. Baroda Industrial Polymers isn't some giant factory you see on TV, it’s just a place where we handle our daily business with polymers and plastic stuff. Most days start early before it gets too hot out. The sun in Baroda can really beat down on the roof by midday. We have a few guys here who have been around since the start. We mostly just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the stock is where it needs to be. It's not the kind of job where you wear a suit and sit in an air-conditioned room all day. My hands are usually a bit dirty by lunch time. We eat together in the small break area near the back. Sharad Nagar has changed quite a bit over the years with more buildings popping up everywhere. Sometimes the noise from the road makes it hard to hear the phone, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. If you come by, you’ll probably see a couple of motorbikes parked out front and someone loading a crate onto a rickshaw. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do every day. We just keep our heads down and stay busy until it’s time to head home.
