Baroda High School

Baroda High School is located right in the Alkapuri area of Vadodara. It has been here for years, and most people in the city have heard of us. The area is quite central, so getting here isn't too hard for the families living around 390007. We have the usual classrooms, a bit of a playground, and the staff room where we drink way too much tea during breaks. It gets noisy when the bell rings, but that is just how schools are. We focus on the books and getting the students through their exams. There is always a lot of chatter in the hallways between classes. We have seen a lot of kids grow up and move on from here. The building shows its age a bit, but we keep it clean and functional. It is a busy place from morning until the afternoon. Our staff lives all over Vadodara, and we have a routine that hasn't changed much over the decades. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It's just a local school doing what schools do. You’ll find us near the main spots in Alkapuri. Some days are more hectic than others, especially during admissions or sports days. But mostly, it is just a quiet rhythm of lessons and lunch breaks. We are just here doing our bit for the neighborhood kids every single day, keeping the gates open and the lights on for the next generation.
