You can find us at A/1 in the Jivan Prakash Society, which is tucked behind Mira Society on Harni Road in Karelibaug. It’s a quiet residential area that has slowly seen more businesses move in. Our setup is basically a converted house, so it feels more like a home than a cold office. We’ve got a few rooms dedicated to the export work, filled with samples and packing materials. It’s a family-run operation, and we’ve been here for several years now. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from the orders to the shipping. The garden outside is a bit overgrown, but we like the greenery. We sit in the main room and go through our lists every morning. It is a very relaxed atmosphere, though we do get busy when a big shipment is due. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person telling us what to say. We just talk to our customers directly and try to keep things honest. Karelibaug is a nice place to work because it’s not as chaotic as the main city center. We usually have the windows open to let in the breeze. It is just a practical way to run a small export business without all the unnecessary polish. We just focus on getting the goods out on time.
