Our office is located at 24 Gotri Road, inside the Kalpurux Complex. We are right on Gurudwara Road, across from the GEB Sub Station. It is a busy intersection, so there is always something happening outside the window. Inside, we have maps on the walls and a lot of notebooks filled with schedules and phone numbers. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer trying to figure out the best routes for people. It is not a very big office, just enough room for a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We handle a lot of car rentals and bus bookings. Sometimes the systems are slow, and we have to apologize to the people waiting. We aren't a big travel agency with fancy brochures. We just know the roads and the timings pretty well. We’ve been in the Kalpurux Complex for a good while now. The GEB station across the road is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp because there are always so many details to remember. If someone wants to go somewhere, we just look at the options and tell them what is available. It is a lot of paperwork and checking things twice. We don't promise anything crazy, just that we will try to get the tickets sorted. It is just a regular travel shop in a busy part of town. We’ve been here for years.
