Atmiya Mobile

Atmiya Mobile is located right on Gotri Road, near where it meets Srjapura Road. It’s a busy intersection, so we hear the honking of cars and the rumble of buses all day long. The shop is small, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of glass counters inside to show off the phones and accessories. It gets a bit bright in here with all the display lights, but it helps people see what they are looking for. We get a lot of people coming in from the Gotri Road area, mostly folks who live nearby or are just passing through on their way to work. It’s a fast-paced kind of place. We don’t have much time for sitting around. Usually, there is someone at the counter asking about a repair or wanting to see the latest model. The Srjapura Road side brings in a different crowd too. We keep the place as clean as we can, but with people coming in and out all day, the floor gets those scuff marks pretty quickly. We aren't a big chain store with matching uniforms. We just wear what we have and talk to people like they are our neighbors, because most of them are. It is just a local mobile shop trying to keep up with how fast technology changes. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy and we like the energy of being right on the corner.
