Asst.Front Office Manager

I spend most of my time here at B/222 Mathura Nagari Soc, just off Old Padra Road in Baroda. Being an Assistant Front Office Manager means the phone never really stops ringing and there is always some paperwork that needs finishing on my desk. My name is Mitesh Jayantilal Bhatt and I have been handling the front-end operations from this spot for a while now. The society is usually quiet in the afternoons but the main road outside is always busy with traffic and people going about their day. My work involves a lot of coordinating between different people and making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple things happen at once, but that is just how the job goes. I usually start my morning with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule for the day. Living and working around Old Padra Road is convenient because everything is close by, though finding parking can be a real headache sometimes. I don't really have a big team or anything, just a few people helping out to keep the office running smoothly. We try to keep things organized so we don't lose track of the files or the guest requests that come in through the week. It is a simple setup here in Baroda but it works for what we need to do every day. I often walk down the street to grab lunch at a local stall and then get right back to the computer to check the emails and update the logs before the evening rush starts.
