Assistant Chef

We've been around Zadeswar Road for a while now, just across from the Chamundama Temple in the Ganesh Puri society. Most people around here know where we are because of the temple landmark. It’s a busy spot in Bharuch, and the street is usually full of people and scooters going back and forth. We spend most of our time dealing with kitchen stuff and helping people get their daily meals sorted. It isn't always fancy work, but it really needs doing. Some days are much busier than others, especially when there's a big festival or something going on at the temple nearby. We just keep things moving in the back. Sometimes the stove acts up or we run out of a specific spice we need, but we always manage to find a way. People come in and out all day, asking for this or that. We try to keep the place organized, though it gets a bit messy during the lunch rush when everyone is hungry. It's just us here, working through the daily chores. The weather gets pretty hot in Gujarat, so we keep the fans going at full speed. It’s a simple setup we have. We don't have much time for fancy talk or long meetings about strategy. Usually, we're just checking the ingredients we have left or making sure the counters are wiped down for the next round. It's regular work for regular people. If you’re passing by the temple and see the sign, that’s us.
