Assert

The office for Assert is over at 203, Spandan Flats in Ellora-Park, Vadodara. Nilesh Ruparelia is the name you’ll usually see on the documents. It’s a residential building, so you have to take the elevator or the stairs up to the second floor. We are right near the Vahaan-Vati Mandir, so you can often hear the temple bells in the morning and evening. Ellora-Park is a nice, established part of the city with plenty of trees and little shops around. The flat itself is a bit cramped with all the files and computers, but we’ve made it work. It’s got that lived-in feel, not like those sterile offices in the new glass buildings. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take a break to watch the traffic on the street below. The 390 023 area is pretty convenient for getting around. Most people who come to see us know the area well. It’s a simple setup—just some desks, chairs, and the usual office stuff. We don't go in for anything flashy. The walls are a neutral color and the lighting is okay, though we prefer the natural light from the windows. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when the temple has a celebration. We just come in, do our work for Assert, and go home like everyone else. It’s a steady routine in a familiar neighborhood that we’ve grown quite fond of.
